We’re very proud to have been involved in the process of getting the Owairaka Community Hub ready for the neighbourhood!
Our skilled team of professionals did a fantastic job of completing an interior fit out and exterior tidy up. They also built the new deck and ramp and transformed the outdoor space to provide a parking area and prepare for the information cube.
Our ability to provide a comprehensive range of property services meant that we could manage the majority of works. From plumbing and electrical to an exterior house wash and laying mulch.
Owairaka is a neighbourhood in Mount Roskill, Auckland which Kāinga Ora is replacing approximately 200 old state houses with approximately 1,000 new warm, dry, healthy homes. Find out more information about the neighbourhood by clicking here.
