This particular house in St Mary’s Bay Auckland belonged to one of our larger clients, he engaged us to carry out exterior and interior upgrade in preparation for the sale of the property.

The outdoors works carried out varied from tiding up existing hedge-lines, removing and rebuilding existing timber decks and a pergola, to creating new pathways, painting parts of the exterior of the house and roof.

The indoor work consisted of removal of two current bathrooms, reinstating them using brand new materials and fittings. We fulling lined and carpeted the garage. We sanded and blonded the timber flooring through out.  We re-carpeted the balance of the house and fully painted the interior.

As we exited we did full commercial clean on the property ready for the staging and successful selling of the property.
